| Most Indiana property tax bills are online Posted: 14 Apr 2010 12:39 PM PDT Posted by Rich Miller - email INDIANAPOLIS, IN (AP) - Property tax bills in at least 85 Indiana counties will be mailed this spring or have already been mailed, resulting in the normal May 10 due date. The Department of Local Government Finance says it's the first time that's happened since 2002. Only Kosciusko and Owen counties billed on-time in 2009. No county achieved on-time billing in 2008. Delays in recent years have been attributed to the change to the market value-based property tax system and the onset of trending.
